Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy for store credit only. Returns must be made within the 14 day time period, after that 14 day period has passed we can no longer accept returns on any products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Returns can be shipped to 135 Vine Dr at the senders expense. Please allow 1-3 business days for store credit to be issued back to you. Store credit will be issued to your account on file and sent to you via email or text.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes but is not limited to swimwear, accessories and shoes.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
